Party Rouletta Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Party Rouletta (the “App”) regarding download, installation, and use of the App. By installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
2. The service
- The App provides offline pass-and-play party activities such as Name Wheel, quiz, memory match, voting, dice, and timer, plus optional Pattern Party symbol-matching modes.
- The App does not provide accounts, online multiplayer, cloud leaderboards, in-app purchases, advertising monetization, or live chat support.
- “Table tokens” and in-session scores are local entertainment counters only. They cannot be purchased, sold, redeemed for gifts, or cashed out for real money.
- The App is not real-money gambling and does not provide cash pools or withdrawable winnings.
3. Age requirement
You confirm that you are at least 17 years old. Users under 17 may not use the App. Age confirmation at first launch is required to enter the App.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the App only for offline entertainment among friends.
- Do not use the App for real gambling, fraud, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
- You are responsible for nicknames and party content you enter on the device.
5. Intellectual property
The App name, icons, interface, and copy are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App for commercial purposes except as allowed by law.
6. Disclaimer
- The App is provided “as is.” Party outcomes, random results, and local scores are for entertainment only and are not a promise of any result.
- We are not responsible for loss of local data caused by device failure, data clearing, system updates, or user error.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and post the latest version on this page. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
